How to apply for LESCO new connection

First of all visit ENC website at https://enc.com.pk/ and click the apply option in the upper left corner. Instructions to apply for a LESCO new connection is as follows:

Subdivision Information

Step 1: Select the company as LESCO in “distribution company” input box.

Step 2: Select your subdivision in “Sub-division” input box.

Step 3: Choose category type in “Category Type” box.

Step 4: Enter the reference number of your nearest neighbour in the “Neighbour Ref No” section. Note: If a connection is already at the property, provide the reference number of that connection.

Step 5: In the next section, select the connection of specific type that meets your need.

Applicant’s Particulars

Step 1: Select “Applicant Status” to Landlord/Owner if you own the house. Otherwise, if you live in a rented house, select Tenant (Rental).

Step 2: Enter your full name in the “Applicant Name” Input box and enter the name of your father/husband in the Input box that is next to it.

Step 3: In the “Citizenship” section, select “Pakistani” if you live in Pakistan. Otherwise, if you’re not a citizen of “Pakistan” select “Foreigner”.

Step 4: Enter your NIC or CNIC in the “NIC/CNIC” input box. Also, you’ve to enter your current residential address in “Present Address” field.

Step 5: Enter your phone number in the “Mobile Number 1” input box and enter your father’s or husband’s mobile phone number in second input box.

Contact Person Information

Step 1: Enter your contact person information to stay in touch. Tick “Same as above” option if the contact person’s name, mobile no 1, present address, relationship with applicant and email are the same as above.

Premises Detail

Step 1: If you already have an electricity connection, please indicate it in “No. of meters already installed” input box.

Step 2: Select minimum load in the “Minimum Load” option.

Step 3: In the “Premises Address” section, you’ve to provide address for new electricity connection installation.

Attachments

In the Attachments section, upload images of the property document, an attested CNIC copy of the applicant, an attested CNIC copy of the witness, a neighbor’s electricity bill and the wiring contractor’s test report.

Terms and Conditions

Review the “Terms and Conditions” and click the “I Agree” button. Enter the captcha code and press the “Submit” button.

Demand Notice and Installation

Demand Notice ( DN )

After successfully applying for new electricity connection, you’ll have to pay demand notice, that you can get from any of your nearest LESCO office, to proceed with your installation request. Installation of Meter

A LESCO new connection will be installed on the provided place after the approval of the paid demand notice.
