Step 1: Open HBL Mobile App in your Android or iOS device.

Step 2: Click on “Bill Payment” option given in the header of HBL Mobile App.

Step 3: Select “Electricity Bill Payment” option to pay LESCO bill.

Step 4: Select LESCO as the company from the list of companies given.

Step 5: After selecting LESCO, enter your 14 digit Reference Number in the input field “Enter Consumer No” and click on “Next” button.

Step 6: Now your customer related information will appear on the screen. After confirming the information click on “Next” button again.
