Step 1: Open HBL Mobile on your Android or iOS device. 

Step 2: Click the “Bill Payment” option in the header of the HBL Mobile App.

Step 4: Select Company as LESCO from the provided list.

Step 5: After selecting the company as LESCO, enter your 14-digit Reference Number in the “Enter Consumer No” input-field and click the “Next” button.

Step 7: As you’ll click the “Next” button, OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Enter OTP in the “Input field” and click the “Pay” button to successfully pay your bill using a credit card.
