Step 1: Open Jazz Cash.

Step 2: Click the “Utility Bills” option.

Step 3: Click the “Electricity” button.

Step 5: Enter your 14-digit Reference Number. 

Step 6: Click the “Fetch Bill” button after entering the Reference Number in the designated field.

Step 7: Now, your bill “Pay Amount” will be shown on the screen. Click the “Confirm” button to pay the bill.
