What is LESCO Bill
LESCO bill is a statement that Lahore Electric Supply Company sent to your home for electricity consumption. The LESCO bill shows how much units of electricity you’ve consumed during the month, the total amount you need to pay, and any taxes that apply like GST. Following is the explanation of each main part of the LESCO bill:

Customer Information
At the top of your LESCO electricity bill, there will be details such as your Customer ID, Reference No, Tariff, Connection Date, Old Reference Number, Meter No etc. These details help LESCO (Lahore Electric Supply Company) identify your electricity connection.
Reference Number
Your 14-digit Reference No is located at the top-left of your LESCO bill just below the “Customer ID” section. This 14-digit Reference Number is needed when checking your electricity bill online, downloading a duplicate bill or paying LESCO bill through Easypaisa, Credit Card, HBL App, Jazz Cash, or the UBL App.
Name & Address Section
The name & address section, shows the name of the person who is registered for the electricity connection and the full address where the electricity is being used. This helps you ensure the electricity bill belongs to your correct home, shop or building.
Meter Reading and Units Section
There will be a meter reading and units section on your LESCO electricity bill, showing how much electricity you’ve used in the month. It includes previous reading and the present reading. When you subtracts the previous reading from the present reading, you get consumed units. These consumed units are used to calculate your monthly bill.
LESCO Charges
LESCO Charges include Cost of Electricity which is the price you pay for units you used; Meter rent is a small fee for using the electricity meter; Service rent is charged for the services LESCO provides; Fuel Price Adjustment (FPA) changes based on fuel prices; and fixed charges added every month if you use very little electricity. All these amounts are added together to make your total bill.
Government Taxes
The government taxes that are added to your LESCO electricity bill include GST (General Sales Tax) which is tax on total bill; Electricity Duty which is small tax on the units you use. All these taxes are combined with your main charges to make your final bill amount.
Total Charges and Payable Amount
The right side of your LESCO electricity bill shows your current bill, any old unpaid amount, subsidies (if given), amount payable within due date and payable after due date. The “Payable within due date” is the actual amount you must pay before the last date.
